No equipment, and minimal space 30min workout class. This advanced class will hit the metabolism getting your body to burn more calories than ever before. By building strength mentally you will surprise yourself with your physical abilities and smash out goals you never thought were possible.
SCULPT & SHAPE
A high energy, low heart rate workout to sculpt, shape and tone your body from top to toe. It uses a combination of fast and slow paced movements concentrating on targeted areas in each set by the end getting a full body toned machine.
CARDIO & FITNESS
A high intensity low impact cardio workout that caters to total beginners to absolute addicts. This workout uses functional movements and will improve lung capacity and promote weight loss. You have nothing to loose and everything to gain in this workout.
